I think we should all take a lesson from children. They look at the world in a totally different way. They are constantly learning, constantly growing, almost everything brings them joy. Even the simple things, like jumping on the bed.
Tell you what, next time you are angry or having a bad day, crank up some Disney music and jump on the bed. Just jump wildly with no abandon. Throw your hands up, scream, laugh, have fun. Let your inner child come back out.
